These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Global Park Fly website and your reservation and use of our outdoor valet parking and airport shuttle services near Orlando International Airport (MCO), located at 3719 McCoy Rd, Orlando, FL 32812 ("we", "us", "Global Park Fly"). By booking a reservation or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Reservations & confirmation
- Reservations are made online and prepaid. A reservation is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation with a reservation number and voucher.
- You must present your reservation number (digital or printed) on arrival.
- Reservations must be booked in advance of your drop-off time. Drop-off and pick-up are available only during our posted operating hours; the last drop-off and last pick-up times shown at checkout reflect the final daily shuttle.
- You are responsible for providing accurate arrival and departure dates and times. Charges are based on the reserved dates and times.
2. Pricing, payment & taxes
- Prices are shown per day and are quoted in U.S. dollars, plus applicable taxes and fees. Parking is billed in 24-hour blocks; a partial day beyond a full block may incur an additional charge as shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card number.
- If you collect your vehicle later than your reserved pick-up, additional time may be charged at the posted hourly rate.
- Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their own conditions and cannot be combined unless stated.
3. Changes & cancellations
You may change or cancel an eligible reservation through the Manage Booking page. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
4. Vehicle drop-off, keys & valet
- Our service is valet: you leave your keys with our attendant so we can move your vehicle as needed. By using the service you authorize us to operate and reposition your vehicle within our lot and immediate vicinity.
- You represent that you are the owner or an authorized driver of the vehicle and that it is currently registered and insured.
- You must remove all valuables. Do not leave cash, electronics, jewelry, firearms, or other valuables in the vehicle.
- Please disclose any mechanical issues, alarms, or special handling instructions at drop-off.
5. Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any loss of or damage to a vehicle is limited and, in no event, exceeds the amount paid for the reservation, except where a greater liability is required by law.
- We are not responsible for: personal property or valuables left in the vehicle; pre-existing damage, wear, or mechanical failure; damage caused by weather, acts of God, theft, vandalism, fire, or events beyond our reasonable control; or freezing, battery drain, or fluid leaks.
- We are not liable for missed flights, missed connections, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shuttle timing, traffic, or delays.
6. Shuttle service
Our complimentary round-trip shuttle operates during posted hours at regular intervals. Shuttle times are estimates and are not guaranteed; please allow ample time to reach your terminal. On return, call the number on your voucher for pick-up.
7. Prohibited vehicles & conduct
We may refuse service for vehicles that are inoperable, leaking, oversized, unregistered, uninsured, or that pose a safety hazard, and for any unlawful conduct on our premises.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Global Park Fly harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your vehicle's condition, or your violation of law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your reservation applies. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
