How Our Free MCO Airport Shuttle Works
Park at our lot on McCoy Rd, hand your key to our valet and ride our free shuttle to your terminal. It runs every 30 minutes, 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM. When you land, call us and meet the shuttle on Level 1 (Ground Transportation) at your terminal's bay.
Short answer: the shuttle is free both ways and runs every 30 minutes, 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM. The ride to MCO is about 3–5 miles by road, roughly 10 minutes in normal traffic.
Coming back: collect your bags, call (407) 753-1958, then go to Level 1 (Ground Transportation) and wait at A11–A13 (Terminal A), B60–B62 (Terminal B) or C277–C278 (Terminal C). The last airport pickup is around 10:30 PM.

Before you leave home: how early to set off
We suggest being at the airport at least 2 hours 30 minutes before your flight, which leaves room for the official advice. The airport authority (GOAA) recommends being at the security checkpoint 2 hours before departure. Work backward from your departure time and add each part of the trip to us:

For a 10:00 AM departure, that means pulling into our lot by about 6:40 AM. Add your own drive to McCoy Rd on top, plus a cushion for traffic.
Holiday weeksAt the busiest times MCO has recommended the 3-2-1 rule: at the ticket counter 3 hours before departure, at the checkpoint 2 hours before, and at the gate 1 hour before boarding. On those dates, aim to reach the terminal 3 hours before departure. MCO's advice
Early flightsThe shuttle's first run is at 6:00 AM. With the ride, that puts you at MCO later than our 2 h 30 min advice for any flight before about 8:40 AM.
For an early flight, book a self-serve drop-off at least 24 hours ahead: you leave the car in front of our fence with the key in the drop box, then take a rideshare or taxi to MCO. How after-hours drop-off works.
Step 1: drive to our lot
Set your GPS to 3719 McCoy Rd, Orlando, FL 32812, or open our location on Google Maps. From the lot, MCO's terminals are about 3–5 miles by road, roughly 10 minutes in normal traffic.
When you arrive, follow the signs to the counter. You don't need to look for a space: this is valet parking, and our team parks the car for you. Our team is on site 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Arriving outside our staffed hours works differently, with a self-serve key box; the after-hours page shows where to park and where the key goes.
Step 2: check in and hand over your key
When you book, we email your confirmation and a voucher. Show it at the counter, hand the car key to the valet attendant, and our team parks your car on our paved, camera-monitored lot.
Before you let go of the key, take out everything you need for the trip: passports, medication, chargers, and your house keys if they share the ring. Our valet parking guide has a full checklist of what to leave and what to take.
Step 3: ride to your terminal
The shuttle leaves every 30 minutes, 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM, and takes you straight to your terminal. Make sure the driver knows your airline or terminal. Terminals A and B share one building; Terminal C is a separate building. If you ever end up at the wrong one, MCO's own connections are quick: Terminals A and B are two sides of one building, about 525 ft apart, connected on Level 3. To reach Terminal C, ride the Terminal Link train from Terminal B to the Train Station (about 4 minutes; it runs 24 hours), then walk about 1,200 ft through Garage C. A 24-hour shuttle bus also runs between B65 and C272.

Step 4: coming back, finding the shuttle
- Collect your bags. At Terminals A and B, baggage claim is on Level 2 and Ground Transportation is one floor down, on Level 1. At Terminal C, follow the signs down to Level 1, Ground Transportation.
- Call us at (407) 753-1958. Call once you have all your luggage, and tell us which terminal you are at.
- Go to Level 1 (Ground Transportation). Courtesy shuttles stop at numbered bays on that level.
- Wait at your terminal's bay. A11–A13 at Terminal A, B60–B62 at Terminal B, C277–C278 at Terminal C.
- Look for our shuttle. It is a white or black shuttle with "Action Car Rental", "Nu Car Rental" and "Global Park Fly" on the side.
- Ride back and collect your car. The shuttle brings you to our lot, where you pick up your car and drive home.

Go to the terminal you land at Your pickup bay depends on the terminal you arrive at, not the one you left from. If you flew out of Terminal A and come home on an airline at Terminal C, wait at C277–C278, not A11–A13. If you can't find the shuttle, call (407) 753-1958 and tell us which bay you are at.
Landing late
The last airport pickup is around 10:30 PM, and the shuttle stops at 11:00 PM. Delays happen, so here is what to do in each case.
Your flight is delayed
If you might land after 10:30 PM, call (407) 753-1958 as soon as you know, even roughly. The earlier we hear, the more we can arrange before our team leaves. If we hear too late, your car may have to wait until morning.
You already know you'll land late
Book the real return time when you reserve, at least 24 hours ahead. After-hours returns are self-serve: before you travel we email your spot and the code for your key box, your car waits in front of our fence, and you drive out with nothing to sign.
Getting from MCO to the lot at night
Our shuttle does not run after hours, so take a rideshare, a taxi or ask a friend. MCO lists these rideshare pickup points: Arrivals Curb (Level 2) at Terminals A and B, 24 hours a day, plus the departures curb (Level 3) from 9:00 pm to 2:00 am; Arrivals Curb (Level 6) at Terminal C. Is the airport shuttle really free?
Yes. The round trip between our lot and your terminal comes with every parking reservation, at no extra charge. You pay for parking only (from $5.99/day, plus 6.5% sales tax).
How often does the shuttle run?
Every 30 minutes, 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM, every day. The ride between our lot and the terminals is about 3–5 miles by road, roughly 10 minutes in normal traffic.
Where exactly does the shuttle pick me up at MCO?
On Level 1 (Ground Transportation): A11–A13 at Terminal A, B60–B62 at Terminal B and C277–C278 at Terminal C. MCO lists these bays for off-airport rental car courtesy shuttles, and our shuttle uses them. Call (407) 753-1958 once you have your bags.
What time is the last shuttle pickup at the airport?
Around 10:30 PM. The shuttle stops at 11:00 PM. If you might land later, call us as soon as you know, or book a self-serve after-hours return in advance.
What if my flight lands after the last pickup?
Our shuttle does not run after hours, so you get to the lot by rideshare, taxi or a friend. Your car can be left out for you with the key in our key box if the return is booked at least 24 hours ahead. Retrieval outside shuttle hours is not guaranteed unless you arrange it first. Do I need to book the shuttle separately?
No. Book your parking dates online and the shuttle is included both ways. On the way back, the only step is a phone call to (407) 753-1958 when you have your luggage.
