- Vehicle & trip details: vehicle make, model, color, license plate, flight number, terminal, number of passengers and bags, and any notes you provide.
- Payment information: card payments are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive a confirmation and limited details (such as the last digits and card brand) but do not store your full card number.
- Messages: information you submit through our contact form.
- Technical data: basic server logs and cookies necessary to operate the site (see our Cookie Policy).
2. How we use your information
- To create, confirm, and manage your reservation and send you booking, change, cancellation, and receipt communications.
- To operate the valet and shuttle service (e.g., identifying your vehicle and coordinating pick-up).
