Where to find us at MCO
Once you've collected your luggage, call (407) 753-1958 to request pickup, then head to the Ground Transportation level and meet your shuttle at the spot matching your terminal. Look for a white or black shuttle displaying "Action Car Rental", "NU" and "Global Park Fly". Last airport pickup is around 10:30 PM.
Travel tip: Plan to arrive at our facility early enough to be at the airport at least 2 hours and 30 minutes before your scheduled departure — that covers check-in, the shuttle ride, security, and any traffic. Dropping off or returning outside our staffed hours? Just pick your exact time when booking (at least 24 h ahead) — it's self-serve with the key box, instructions included. After-hours retrieval isn't guaranteed without prior arrangement — less than 24 h out, call (407) 753-1958 as soon as possible and we'll assist if available.

How does the airport shuttle work?
Drop your car with our valet, then hop on our complimentary round-trip shuttle — it runs every 30 minutes, 6 AM to 11 PM daily, and takes you straight to MCO. On your return, call us and we'll pick you up.
Where do I meet the shuttle when I land?
Collect your luggage, head to the Ground Transportation level, and meet us at the spot matching your terminal — A11–A13, B11–B13, or C277–C278.
How early should I arrive?
Plan to be at the airport at least 2 hours 30 minutes before departure. Arrive at our lot early enough to cover check-in, the shuttle ride, and security.
